The problem
In Nicaragua, calculating severance pay, INSS contributions, or income tax involves applying specific formulas defined by local labor law that most people are not familiar with. There was no clear, accessible web tool to do this.
What I built
I built a platform with multiple specialized calculators: net salary, statutory benefits, labor settlement, INSS, and IR. Each calculator explains the concepts behind the calculations so users understand the results.
